Throughout my career, I have focused on fostering growth and innovation in both businesses and individuals.
As a consultant, I continue supporting Dafferns through the firm’s ongoing succession journey, while externally mentoring aspiring professionals, sharing insights from my leadership, accountancy and business experience, with a keen focus on business strategy and leveraging new technology.
I am one of eight Mindshop Expert facilitators in the UK within the Mindshop network and the lead facilitator for the Dafferns Business Leader Group in 2025 and the host of the Daffernomics Podcast.
