Experience

As the Business Services Director, I oversee our Small Business department, which includes Outsourcing and the Corporate Non-Audit department. My role ensures seamless coordination among these three areas to deliver accurate and timely technical audit and assurance services.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and sign off accounts and reports
• Implement procedures and policies that align with the strategic direction of the Business Services team
• Ensure quality control and continuously review and improve workflows and efficiencies
• Assist our team in consistently delivering exceptional service to our clients

In addition, I am currently a Mindshop advisor and am pursuing further accreditation. This advancement will enhance our team’s capabilities and provide even greater value to our clients.
