Experience

I first joined Dafferns in 2016 as an Assistant Manager in the audit team, and after a period with another firm, I returned in 2026 as Audit Director. With nearly 20 years in the profession, I have built broad experience working with businesses of all shapes and sizes.  

Coventry born and bred, I have genuine affinity for the city and its surrounding areas. 

In my role at Dafferns, I focus on strengthening our internal audit practice – enhancing systems, processes, and ways of working to consistently deliver high-quality audits. Alongside this, I lead audit engagements and oversee audit compliance, ensuring our work meets the highest professional and regulatory standards.  

My working style is collaborative and practical. I value clear thinking, strong relationships, and getting things done in a way that works for people. 

I take pride in making audit approachable, pragmatic, and genuinely helpful. 

Hobbies and interests

Away from work, I’m a mum to two young children, which keeps me on my toes! I’ve recently returned to yoga and running, both of which help me reset and maintain balance in an increasingly “always on” world. I aim to bring that same sense of clarity and calm into my work.
