Experience

As Director, I am responsible for a diverse portfolio ranging from SMEs and owner managed businesses, through to UK subsidiaries of listed international groups. I am passionate about supporting our clients through all phases of their business life cycle and committed to providing a world class service to all clients of Dafferns.

Over the past two decades, I have amassed invaluable practical expertise spanning diverse sectors, encompassing both commercial enterprises and not-for-profit organisations.

My extensive background has encompassed a wide spectrum of commercial enterprises, ranging from small owner-operated businesses to expansive corporate entities, with a particular focus on the motor industry. Additionally, my specialisation extends to conducting audits for legal practitioners.

My professional journey includes managing charitable entities involved in both grant allocation and service provision. These organisations have been financed through various means, ranging from substantial investment portfolios to grant funding, allowing me to develop a well-rounded perspective on financial management within the charitable sector.

Hobbies and interests

While my role as a mother to two young children leaves me with limited leisure time, I cherish the moments when I can pursue my personal interests. Swimming and reading are two activities that I find solace and enjoyment in. Additionally, I nurture a passion for exploring new destinations, making it a point to embark on family vacations at least twice a year. Traveling not only allows me to unwind but also exposes my family to new cultures and experiences, fostering lasting memories. When time allows, I also enjoy going out for meals to try out new restaurants, catching up with friends over cups of coffee, or going shopping.
