Experience

I trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with a firm in Northampton, where I gained a range of experience providing audit, accountancy, and taxation services, including Solicitors Regulation Authority audits and work with charities.

I have over 8 years’ experience managing a wide variety of corporate clients, groups, sole practitioners, partnerships, LLPs, solicitors and charities, and am used to offering my clients day-to-day assistance in addition to discussing wider strategic issues.

I also have experience developing training and managing staff development, having previously designed new onboarding and training programs for trainees and qualified colleagues alike.

I joined the Dafferns audit in August 2022, to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, charities and solicitors across audit, independent examination and accounting assignments.

Hobbies and interests

In my spare time I love playing board games with friends and family. I am also an avid reader and usually have at least one book on the go, whether purely for pleasure or to discuss at the business book club I attend each month.

My husband and I are both keen SCUBA-divers, so can often be found underwater – preferably abroad where the water is warmer but we aren’t averse to UK diving in the summer either.
