Geoffrey Cox

I joined Dafferns in 1995 as a graduate trainee and became a partner in 2005. Starting January 2025, marking 30 years with the firm, I will serve as Dafferns’ Joint Managing Partner alongside Brian Jukes.

In this role, my focus will be on internal practice management, finance, systems and audit compliance.

As a specialist corporate reporting partner, I will continue to manage a diverse portfolio of substantial SMEs, owner-managed businesses, charities and not-for-profit organisations. My strength lies in delivering technical expertise whilst being able to explain complex matters in easy to understand terms for clients, highlighting practical implications so that clients can make a more informed decision.

Hobbies and interests

I enjoy holidaying in the remote regions of the Scottish Highlands, but not mountaineering (far too much physical exercise!) and enjoy birdwatching.
