We welcome Caroline Munson back to Dafferns as a Director, almost ten years to the day since she first joined the firm as an Assistant Manager.
This milestone marks a significant and pleasing return, both for Caroline and for the firm, as we continue to strengthen and develop our leadership team.
Caroline’s journey with Dafferns began nearly a decade ago, and her return at Director level reflects not only her professional growth but also the strong foundation built during her earlier time with the firm. Her experience, knowledge and understanding of our culture position her exceptionally well to make an immediate and meaningful impact.
Since her initial time with Dafferns, Caroline has continued to build her expertise, developing a strong reputation for technical excellence and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service.
In her new role as Director, Caroline joins the leadership team and will play a key role in shaping the future of the firm. She will bring valuable insight and perspective, particularly within the audit department, where her experience will further strengthen our capability and support continued development of our people and services.
