From November 2024, we have realigned our small business, payroll, outsourcing, and corporate non-audit teams into our new Business Services team, led by David Halkett, our Business Services Director.
With UK small company size thresholds set to increase by 50% in the coming months, more companies with turnover under £15 million will be exempt from audit requirements. Although classified as “small” by UK company law, many of our clients in this category don’t view themselves as small businesses.
