Marina Gega

Experience

I studied Economics in Greece and moved to Coventry to continue my postgraduate studies at Coventry University. I have spent several years working in the educational sector dealing with the various tax affairs of a large group of companies. I became ACCA qualified in 2024 and I joined Dafferns in 2025. As part of the corporate tax team my main responsibilities are around corporate tax compliance, preparation and submission of the corporate tax returns for larger corporate clients.

Hobbies and interests

Most of my spare time is spent with my daughter and husband being outdoors, seeing friends or travelling to the seaside. I also enjoy reading (mostly Julia Donaldson stories in the last few years) and cooking new recipes.
