The GDPR regulations came into effect in May 2018 which we reported on, in an earlier edition of Spotlight on Charities. The Information Commissioners Office have reported ”…most data breaches and complaints we have seen across all sectors, including charities, have been in relation to subject access requests, disclosure of data and security.”
