10:45am – 11:15am: Boosting your effectiveness as a leader. Practical shifts you can make for greater success on a strategy, people, operational cadence and mindset
11:15am – 11:35am: Coffee / networking with peers
11:35am – 11:50am: Leadership best practice, initiatives to turbocharge you and your team
11:50am – 12:45pm: Solve it together, leadership problem solving roundtable
12:45pm – 1:00pm: Strategy to action, your next 90-day plans, wrap up and key insights
This workshop will be in a hybrid format, so you can either enjoy the creative interaction of a face-to-face environment at our Coventry office or enjoy the ease and efficiency of a virtual presence via Zoom. To register just enter your name, email address and how you would like to attend.
