Dafferns Chartered Accountants

Dafferns LLP is a limited liability partnership, registered in England and Wales No OC327595, Vat No 272 3070 81. A list of members of the LLP is displayed at our registered office, together with a list of those non-members who are designated as partners and directors.

We use the term “partner” to refer a principal of the firm who is the representative director of a member of Dafferns LLP. We use the term “associate partner” to refer to an employee with equivalent standing and qualification who is a principal of the firm. We use the term director to refer to an employee who is not a principal.

Dafferns Chartered Accountants is a trading name of Dafferns LLP and ReSource Accounting Care is a trading name of Dafferns LLP, used by our bookkeeping and payroll bureau.
