Experience

I began my career in Corporation Tax in August 2022 as a graduate at a top ten accountancy firm and am currently completing my ACA qualification. I joined the Dafferns team in June 2026 seeking broader experience across the different Corporation Tax specialisms with a particular interest in R&D. Having had over three years’ experience at a mid-tier firm, I have had a wide range of exposure to both owner managed businesses and large corporate groups. I also have experience managing the Corporate Tax elements of transactions due diligence.

Hobbies and interests

In my free time I enjoy doing something creative, going to music events and travelling. I also try to squeeze in the gym. I speak 3 languages and studied Business Management & Russian at the University of Leeds. As part of this I spent a year abroad living in Moscow from 2018-2019. I keep up the Russian where I can and am looking to start Mandarin lessons next. I also enjoy painting, cooking and recently picked up pottery throwing as a hobby.
