Following the General Election on 4 July 2024, the Labour party has formed a new government with a huge majority and mandate for change.
Their Employments Rights Bill promises several significant changes to the UK’s employment laws. These include changes affecting workers’ rights in areas including employment status, unfair dismissal rights, flexible working, dismissals, and “fire and rehire”.
About the event
This interactive roundtable session seminar provides delegates with an opportunity to discuss these changes with Damian Kelly, Partner and Head of Employment at Lodders Solicitors LLP. Damian will be considering precisely what changes employers will have to navigate, how those changes are likely to impact their businesses and, crucially, what steps they should be taking by way of response.
This event provides a great opportunity to network with like-minded individuals and share best practice. Attendees can discuss their concerns in detail with Damian, leaning on his expertise in the field of employment law.
About Damian Kelly
