If you already have a pension scheme for your employees we will investigate and report back on any changes that need to be made to make your scheme compliant.
If you need to establish a new scheme we will;
- Discuss with you the shape of your employees’ remuneration and recommend appropriate contribution levels including, potentially, salary exchange;
- Determine market appetite for your scheme and either recommend a GPP or NEST;
- If it is a GPP, recommend the insurance company, obtain installation packs and assist in the implementation process. This could be on one of three levels;
- Restrict advice to you the employer or;
- Present the terms and benefits of the scheme to one or more groups of employees or;
- Meet each employee individually and then periodically thereafter
We would either need to charge fees for the above or earn commission from the provider or a combination of both and this will depend on number of employees, location etc.
