2020 has truly been a year like none other in living memory, with the Covid global pandemic impacting every aspect of our personal, family and business lives
From Covid back to Brexit, Biden our time until 2021
As active members of AGN International, an association of over 200 separate independent accounting firms in approaching 100 countries worldwide, we have been sharing our experiences of the Covid pandemic with our AGN colleagues and it is astonishing how the crisis has impacted every single member firm across the globe.
In challenging times it is vital to have business partners and relationships you can rely on for support and advice. Dafferns have been fortunate that our team have demonstrated remarkable agility, strength and resilience this year, in moving to largely working from home, leveraging technology, servicing clients and responding to the changing work environment we all find ourselves in.
The value of connections has been even more important this year, whether these are with our colleagues, clients, other professional advisers across Coventry and Warwickshire and internationally though AGN, or even in the sense of digitisation and leveraging technology in our every day work. In many ways the genie came out of the bottle in 2020, so after the pandemic when we return to normal life, many things we have been forced into during 2020 will remain a positive part of our working lives from here onwards.
With the recent commencement of vaccinations, we approach our 125th year in business with renewed confidence and optimism, both for Dafferns and for our clients. Authentic, agile, connected.
